siberian:
A marbled purple stripe hardneck with 4-7 mahogany colored cloves with an incredible flavor that holds up all through the cooking process. When eaten raw, it has a hot searing burst of flavor that lasts for about a minute then mellows to real garlic flavor. Easy to peel cloves. This stores up to 8 months if stored properly. One of our favorites.

An artichoke softneck - and undiscovered treasure in the world of garlic. It is a vigorous grower of large bulbs that have as many as 20 cloves. It is mild flavored raw and is actually sweet when baked. Excellent for braiding and stores very well. 8-10 months.

Paskem:
Discovered in the wild and scenic Paskem River gorge of Uzbekistan by garlic hunter, John Swenson, in 1989, while on an expedition to the historic region of origin of this most important vegetable. Paskem is a hard neck purple stripe type with 4-5 creamy, yellow cloves. Raw, it has moderate heat. It retains a sweet pungent flavor. When cooked, it has an aroma of toasted hazelnuts. 1/2lb maximum order.

We sell only the finest quality garlic. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it to us within seven days and we will refund your money promptly. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
